The Nahualli Trading Co. loves cocoa beans, chocolate, the people who grow it and our customers. We stand behind all of the products we sell. Shipping

We disburse shipments Monday through Thursday.  Orders received after 3pm will be filled the next day.  Orders are shipped via next day or 2nd day delivery.  This is to help ensure the product arrives safely and fresh.  Please make sure someone is available to collect your package and keep it safe from harsh elements.  During the winter months, some locations may only need ground delivery.  We are happy to work with you on special requests.  Please contact info@nahuallitrading.com. 

Warm Weather Shipping Policy

Chocolate does not like warm or hot weather.  We make every effort to ship your product in a method that preserves the integrity of the product.  We ship Monday through Thursday via next day or 2nd day delivery.  It is suggested that you have someone available to receive the package to avoid exposure to outside elements.

Between April 15 and October 15, we encourage the use of cold packs to help protect the product from extreme temperature changes.  We charge a $6.00 flat fee for the cold packs.  For this option, please click the warm weather packaging option when completing your order.
